Zinful Wine Jelly

Not only is this jelly beautiful in color, it tastes amazing!  This delicious wine jelly is a combination of sweet and tart and is delicious as an appetizer with your favorite cheese and crackers and spread on toast, muffins and biscuits. Wrap creamy brie in puff pastry topped with the wine jelly and bake it until golden brown. The ooey, goey river of cheese and wine will blow your mind! Don't forget to try it with some rich dark chocolate too!
