RETURNS/REFUNDS

Regretfully, we cannot accept returns. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us — our customers are extremely important to us, and we will do whatever we can to insure you’re satisfied with your purchase.

Per our quality guarantee policy, any item(s) damaged during shipment will be replaced or refunded upon your request, without hassle, as long as you alert us to the details of the problem within 3 business days of having received your order.

We are not responsible for products that spoil due to: packages left at the door for extended periods of time, packages sent back to freight location because nobody was available to sign for them, or delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Shipping charges are non refundable.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS We can ship any of our non-perishable items internationally. To place an international order please call us at 888-746-6254 as our website does not support international order delivery and payment.

 

SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIMES Please allow a 48 hour processing time on all orders. Orders placed after 2:00 (EST) pm are processed the next business day. Please note that delays may occur during transit due to weather conditions, product availability, national holidays, and other factors. NO ORDERS SHIP ON WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS.
