Our first Cooking Party in January was a huge success! Emily Brooke and friends participated in preparing a fantastic menu of Baked Brie with Brown Sugar Figs, Stuffed Mushrooms, Warm Crusted Goat Cheese & Hazelnut Salad, BBQ Yogurt Chicken and Fruit Crumble. We drank wine and learned to make each recipe, then got to eat it all!
It was a fun and very boisterous evening!
Originally from Sonoma County, Shonali's love of food began at a young age in her backyard “mud kitchen”. She published her first cookbook, Shonal’s Kitchen, The Eclectic Home Chef in 2007.
