Yield: 4 servings
4 Chicken breasts
2 cups Plain yogurt
½ cup Flat leaf parsley, roughly chopped
¼ cup Fresh Rosemary, roughly chopped
¼ cup Fresh Thyme, roughly chopped
¼ tsp. Crushed red pepper
½ tsp. each Salt & Black Pepper
½ tsp. Cumin
Rinse and pat dry chicken breasts.
In a large bowl (or zip lock bag), combine yogurt, herbs and seasonings.
Add chicken and marinate for a minimum of 2-3 hours (overnight is best).
Remove chicken from marinade and place on BBQ at high heat, searing both sides.
Lower heat and continue cooking until chicken is cooked thru (about 3-4 minutes, each side).
