October 18, 2013

Carnival Squash is similar to Acorn Squash, its much prettier though! You can find it at most stores and is just as delicious as its cousin the acorn squash. It has a nutty, buttery texture and flavor and makes a delicious side kick to any dish.

1 Carnival Squash, cut in half and remove seeds, then cut into wedges
1 Tbs Olive oil
Salt & Crushed Black Pepper
SplenDishes Pumpkin Pie Spice
