SplenDishes Jack Sauce is a sweet, tangy and slightly spicy BBQ sauce that goes great with ribs, chicken and this delicious turkey meatloaf!
1lb turkey, ground
4 slices bacon, chopped (and uncooked)
1 small onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
SplenDishes House Seasoning
SplenDishes Jack Sauce
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Sauté onion, garlic and bacon until all are golden brown. In a mixing bowl, combine turkey and House Seasoning, then stir in onion/bacon mixture. Place in baking pan and mold into loaf, then slather with SplenDishes Jack Sauce.
Bake for 25-30 minutes depending on thickness of meatloaf.
Turkey is known to get dry, so adding the bacon and onions will help keep it nice and juicy. Enjoy!
