Golden Baked Ham with Sweet & Spicy Mustard Glaze
Glaze: Mix together 4oz SplenDishes Sweet & Spicy Mustard, 3 Tbs brown sugar and 1 Tbs cider vinegar.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees (f). Place ham skin side up on roasting rack in baking dish. Score skin in 1” criss cross pattern.
Place in oven and bake for approximately 1 hour. Spread glaze over entire ham and place back in oven for additional 35-40 minutes.
Internal temperature should read 140 degrees. General rule of thumb is 25 minutes per pound.
