Bacon Wrapped Chicken Stuffed with Herbed Brie

When you cut into these BACON WRAPPED CHICKEN BREASTS STUFFED with HERB CRUSTED BRIE, the cheese and herbs come oozing out, it's mouthwatering!

Makes 4 servings
4 chicken breasts
8 slices of Brie, rind removed 
4 Tbs fresh rosemary, minced 
4 Tbs fresh thyme, minced 
4 slices thin bacon
SplenDishes House Seasoning
2 Tbs olive oil

Preheat oven to 400 degrees(f).
Cut a slit in the center of each breast (longwise). Combine rosemary and thyme and press each piece of Brie I to mixture coating each side. Stuff 2 pieces of Brie into each breast.
Season each chicken breast with House Seasoning and remainder of fresh herbs.
Wrap each breast with a piece of bacon tightly, covering as much of the open side area.
In an oven proof pan, heat oil on high and sear chicken on both sides.
Finish in oven for about 10-15 minutes, depending on thickness of chicken.
