Balsamic Syrup

BALSAMIC SYRUP is awesome on so many things! Drizzle over roasted carrots, brussel sprouts, bleu cheese, caprese salad...even ice cream and berries!! Try it, you'll want to make enough to always have on hand. It's a great alternative for chocolate, if you must :)
Simmer 1 cup balsamic vinegar in a small sauce pan.

Reduce about 2/3 until syrup coats the back of your spoon.

Let cool and place I'm sealed container in fridge!
